Hii Haneen thank you so much for the past 6 weeks! Its felt more like a journey to me than a diet, and the better eating habits that I've lived by have become second nature to me! Even when I think of snacking or wanting something yummy, I find myself resorting to a better alternative to satisfy the cravings. I used to always go for the super junky stuff without a second thought because Id restrict myself from eating anything else throughout the day for that one snack or treav. You've taught me that quantity doesn't matter, rather quality, and eating less doesn't make you skinny in the way you want to be (healthily). I spent so long eating less, wanting to lose weight and only ended up losing muscle mass, counteracting the many hours of working out I had spent. Now I'm eating 3 times more than I used to, and Ive lost more weight/ fat than I ever did while eating less and I really do feel better internally and I think I look better too lol thank youuu
